Caliber Collision

If you're ever in need of vehicle repairs, (from a collision, etc.), I would highly recommend Caliber Collision, on Meadow Street, in Pittsburgh. Location was convenient; coordination with my insurance company and the local car rental dealer, were seamless. Car rental location even picked me up from Caliber, to obtain a rental vehicle. Customer service/ office staff, (Kayla, Bonnie and Michelle), were all very pleasant and efficient. Service Advisor Kevin was very polite and professional. Caliber kept me updated with periodic texts, regarding the vehicle's status, (really appreciated that). Vehicle was actually completed prior to the anticipated due date. Repairs were very well done; vehicle looked like it had never been damaged. Vehicle was returned cleaned, inside and out; almost looked brand new. Would highly recommend.

I appreciate the detailed review of the damage I have sustained since buying my first brand new car. The employees at Caliber treat their customers well and are good at getting repairs completed and getting you back on the road. I also appreciate how clean and shiny my car is when I pick it up after the service! Great job!

Transparent, simple, and hassle-free experience. Makayla was in charge of my repair, she and everyone at the shop was super friendly and informative, making it easy to trust the shop and the whole process. They handled all of the insurance communications for me (through Progressive), and got my car looking new again after some weather damage on a comprehensive claim. Great team and excellent, professional service!

Before and after: this is outstanding. This looks fresh off the showroom lot, fantastic job!!! I told Joe and I meant it, this looks better than when I initially purchased the vehicle! Joe, Bonnie, and Harrison were so patient and helpful, with Joe walking me through everything step by step and providing almost daily updates, while Harrison insisted on covering my rental expenses as well! And the repair team did such excellent work! It truly was a pleasure and I'll be certain to return for any future needs! Thank you so much! There aren't enough stars to rate this CALIBER of quality!
